Advice For A Canadian DVC Purchaser

I have just put an offer for points at the WLV (through DVCResales.com) and am looking over the contract. It seems straight forward. Sign the contract and send in the down payment. Is it necessary to go see a lawyer. What did everyone else do (Canadian Purchasers) when they bought a resale DVC. I have to have this sent back, money included in 5 days. Thank you all!!

I didn't see a lawyer just signed and sent the money

I didn't get a lawyer either. Just signed the papers, sent the money, and that's it.

We did the same thing as well just signed and sent the money and all went perfect.
