My Dad has been telling me about Kashi meals...he said they're really good.

I haven't had the meals, but my family loves the cereal. My kids ate a box of the blueberry cereal this week, I have the crunch cereal every morning, Zach has the Cheerios looking stuff in the mornings and the twig-looking cereal in the evenings. Good stuff.

He has it either before or after a bowl of ice cream. The Kashi pizza is sooo good! It has feta, spinach, tomatoes, onions, YUM!
