What is up here is my library fines. I need to swear. We had a major library fiasco in March and between the two cards we owe close to $200 in fines.

Hey, anyone want a really whiny 8 year old boy? He is adorable to look at. Wavy blond hair and the bluest eyes you have ever seen. Problem is when he opens his mouth. I think I may need to reinstate naptime!

Hi ladies. Awful, awful day.

I spent half the morning trying to stop crying over a stupid work thing (which I have progressed to just po'd about), and I HATE crying at work, but my emotions always get the best of me and it just won't stop! And I cry when I'm really mad, or really frustrated and upset, which makes me look like a big ol girl. which I am, of course, but still- UGH.

Anyway, SIL had to take Dnephew in for testing with a speech pathologist (concerned about speech delay), and they got the results tonight, and he's at an 80% delay, which they think is not just a delay at all, but rather a comumunication disorder, and I'm feeling so bad for them. I was hoping it would be easier, you know? And BIL also found out this week he didn't get into grad school, which sucks big time.

And my sis got a speeding ticket!

Well, the second two options are the same name as the company that just bought Land Rover and the first is my weight...how's that?


So I'm a tiny bit PUI and getting further down the path quickly. Had one of my good by things tonight...I hate stuff like that, so I"m drinking....

I cried at work today too. In fact, I just finished work. I went in during normal hours, but barely got anything accomplished because my boss left early today and I'm assistant manager. I have a major project going on, and I had to bring it home in order to get to a point where I can finish it tomorrow. I felt so overwhelmed at one point that I just started to cry.

There, I feel better. Whine fest semi-over. No need to call the whaambulance.

You would think so huh? But between the two cards we are looking at over 100 books. Big big screw up! Sigh....oh well. I am telling myself that it will allow the library to buy more books and we really do love the library and use it a lot. Usually more responsibly than this last month or so.

Becky--odd as it sounds it is probably good that your nephew has something specific going on. That means they can treat him more efficiently and he WILL get the services he needs. It's a blessing in disguise I think. But I know how very hard it is to hear.

I cry when I get mad too. It's not good.
