Adventures by Disney?

Wondering if any other gay/lesbian couples have gone on any Adventures by Disney tours? Did you have any problems with the other families on the tour? We were hoping for an adult-only tour, but had to go with a regular one for scheduling/cost reasons. Whatever the group dynamics, I'm sure we'll make the best of it.

We went on the Southwest Splendors adults only trip last September and had a wonderful time. There was another gay couple on the trip and all of us were accepted and treated very well by the guides and the other guests. We are still in touch with almost everyone that went on the trip. We are going to Prague and Vienna on an adults only trip this September and do not anticipate any issues.

No matter what trip you are doing, I am sure you will enjoy it.

Hi Dave!
We went with ABD to China in June. Our trip was not adults only, but it was a very diversified group. Everyone got along great. It was nice because they were people really interested in travelling and several people had been to some really interesting places. People were really open to trying new foods, experiences and being a part of the group. I am sure you will be comfortable.

Our trip got cut short because we got put in quarantine because someone we sat near on the plane tested positive for the H1N1 virus. Quarantine was really awful. HOWEVER, I can't think of enough positive things to say about ABD and they way they supported our family through a really difficult time.

You didn't say where you are going, but I sort of hope it isn't China ! (Quarantine was truly AWFUL!) I hope you have a fantastic adventure. ABD will do everything possible to make it the best trip you have ever taken!

True, I didn't specifically say where we were going, but my signature line indicates we're doing the Viva Italia! tour at the end of September!!

Thanks both for your responses. I didn't think we'd have any problems, was just looking for confirmation from others who'd been on these tours. I'm sure we'll have a great time no matter what. (I guess Tom really wanted me to ask if any other gay couples were going on our trip!!)
