Mary - I wanted to post something helpful and witty, but I see all my fellow adventurers already beat me to it.

So with that said and done, I would just like to wish you all a safe and happy trip.

I took my 70-yeard old mother to AC and she absolutely loved it. I'm sure y'all will have a swell time.

It's been answered that you'll lose your seat when you get up to go into the library (probably to me). Then, when the library show is over, you'll be sent back out into the salon to try and snag another seat. It's also okay to skip a library show if you want, because things generally continue to happen in the salon. There are 6 or 7 library shows per night; there are also periodic shorter shows presented by one character or another in the auxiliary rooms (you'll see them when you get there). They will be basically the same shows each night with various ad-libbing and character personalities depending on which performer plays which character (and they do switch off from night to night). Some performers play certain roles quite differently from others.

Should the Colonel choose to perform the beer song, it is possible that he will do so while one of the library shows is in progress, so you may be interested in attending more than one night.
