Hi,

On the podcast today they mentioned the adventure land bridge being closed. Does anyone know when that will reopen? I was also hoping maybe someone could clarify exactly where it is and how it is rerouting traffic for me.

Thanks!

Right now you have to enter Adventureland through Frontierland. A fence is up right past the Tiki room so you have to go around. Not sure what they are doing though??? :)

This is the area that is closed off for now, so you go Frontierland to get to/from Main Street. To the left of the green arrow are the restrooms that were discussed on the show, and yes they are open. The bridges is within the red "box" area.

Well, that's not due to the Jungle cruise rehab, then. Unless there's piping or wiring, or something else underground there that has to be rerouted/replaced.

Maybe they need a new bridge?

Looks like rehab on the sign or that specific area. This was tonight... Like @Mary Jo said, you can walk through frontierland to get around.

That's interesting! A whole lotta stuff is down now! Oh well, any day at Disneyland is better than a day at school or work!

Ahhh but grasshopper, it is the proper schooling that may insure the right career path which will lead one to afford their true passions.

Maybe reno work is being done on the Dole Tiki Hut.
Which by the way I wish they would serve at least chocolate soft serve too.

All I will add to this is that it certainly was a pain in the butt trying to get around in that area! It made the entrance to Frontierland like gridlock!

Glad to hear it should be opened back up quickly, before we head back in a couple of weeks. We were there yesterday and it was absolutely terrible trying to get through with the Adventureland entrance AND the Fantasyland path closed and no train running. And of course I didn't think of the path through Rancho del Zocalo until it was too late and we were trapped in the sea of humanity. On the other hand, we had a great day at Disneyland and really loved the replacement experiences they've got going!

Yep work on the bridge itself. After they're done on the Adventureland side they will move the closure walls to the Frontierland side for a few days to work there. The CMs we spoke to said it would only be a week or less. It is a pain for traffic flow though! Especially at parade/firework time.
