Adventure Collection Serengeti Safari?

I am new here. We are in the process of buying into DVC. We live on the West Coast and are very interested in the different options using our points. Has anyone done the Adventure Collection Serengeti Safari? If so, what was your experience? Was it easy to book? Was the tour company good? How were the accomodations? What time of year did you go? Any info you can provide would be appreciated.

This trip was on our list of must take trips and in researching tour operators, cost etc, this looks like a reasonable point/value ratio.

There was a review written by Scott H on 2/15/03 on these boards. I printed it for future reference. They thought it was wonderful. I don't know if you can search that far back.
