Advance Ticket Purchase with DC Discount

I see on WDWIG.com you get a substantial discount using the advance purchase with a Disney Club Card discount. Can you purchase them on Disneyworld.com using the DC discount or do you have to call?
Also, I did apply for the Disney Credit Card. Does the card give you any kind of discount for tickets? Should I wait for the card to purchase the tickets?

You cannot use your DC discount when purchasing tickets online. You must call 407-WDISNEY (or the DC 800 phone number) to order or you can get your DC discount when purchasing at your local TDS.
