Advance Single Day Tickets

Is there any way to buy single-day tickets, in advance, besides going to the parks? maybe DTD, or guest services in a resort?

if not, how long will it take to get them at MK (assuming we're there quite early)?

I would just buy them at the MK and assume that the lines will not be too long.
