Booked at RPR for a week in May and have so far paid our 1 night's deposit. I want to pay the whole lot before we go.....how do I go about doing this? Do I need to call reservations or is there somewhere I can e-mail/do online?

You need to contact the accounting department. You can do it in an email but I don't have it for you. Call reservations and they will connect you.

Phone reservations, and they will put you through, ask for an Advance Payment Option form, they will email it to you and i usually fax it to them, just fill in your reservation number, amount to be paid, your resort, CC details.
I have some in work, as i usually fax it from there, so have not got the details here.

If you want to wait till tomorrow morning, i will pm the number from work on here.

Oh thanks, Robert. I'm not planning to do it straight away but most likely sometime over the next week :thumbsup2 The exchange rate getting worse is just making the price go up and up, lol, although it does seem to be creeping back up again slowly :thumbsup2

Ok went and got it.

Thanks very much, Robert :goodvibes

It's difficult to call! I think we'd all gotten too used to it climbing ever so slightly that it's drop is like :scared1: Our RPR price has already went up by about £25 all due to a $3-4 drop! So want to get it paid before it gets any higher!

Knowing my luck though, we'll pay and it'll have a random boost, lol.

i have a while to go yet, so willing to wait.

get the form then you have it, i usually take a few photo copies and have them for future stays. Once you fax the form, i find it can sometimes take a few days before it is processed, so once the rate is up i send it straight away and hust keep an eye that the rates do not drop to much

Quick question for you, Robert, if you don't mind.

I just called and Reservations are e-mailing me the form. However, she also said I'd have to photocopy the front and backs of both my card and my driving licence? Have you had to do that before? It's not a problem just thought it was a bit odd!

Yes, should have mentioned that. they need the photo copies of CC and either driving licence or picture i.d.
I take copies of the APF so i always have them, and keep the photo copies of my CC and Licence, for future payments.
