Advance DL Tix from ARES Travel

Has anyone bought tickets from ARES? Do you get a paper ETicket for redemtion? Can you redeem at Downtown Disney or do you have to go to a ticket booth at a park?

We bought from ARES for our first family trip. They emailed us a voucher that we printed out and redeemed at the ticket booth that is located midway between California Adventure and Disneyland--it isn't in Downtown Disney at all. It was very simple and straight-forward.

Have bought from Ares several times. Everything worked as advertised. When I bought them they sent actual entrance tickets we took right to the entrance gates.
