Advance booking adr's for a trip longer than 10 days

We are in the midst of planning a 12 day trip to DW which is longer than we have gone before. I'm wondering how we would book for days 11 and 12 since we can only book 180 plus 10? Do we have to wait until those two days are open to the general public?

No you do not have to wait until they are open to the general public.
You could book day 11 one day after you book your 180 + 10 and day 12 the next day. So it is 180 + 10 from those dates.
