Adults dressing-up for MNSSHP?

I was wondering if any of you have dressed up for MNSSHP before. I know the kids will, they are already trying to figure out what they will be. Do adults usually dress-up? If so, any good ideas??

We didn't go to the party, but one year we were there on a night it was being thrown. Many, many adults dressed up. Some had elaborate costumes and others had Halloween-themed shirts. Loads of others didn't dress up at all. But one mom dressed as Snow White. My younger daughter, who had just turned three at the time, saw her in a store and went NUTS! She was like "Mama! Mama! 'No White! She's here!!! 'No White!!!" I secretly wished this gal would have played the part for my DD out of the magical kindness of her heart. Unfortunately she gave us a curt little smile and was on her way. Perhaps she was in a rush. Oh well...my daughter has long forgotten, but I've always wanted to go to the MNSSHP dressed as Snow White just to pay forward the favor. ;-)
