My DH just ordered one today online from speedo. He has been looking online and in the stores for a week and couldn't find any. He finally found one at www.speedousa.com. He googled to find a 25% off coupon on any regular or sale item price. With shipping it was $35, not bad
He ordered it this morning and got an email saying it has shipped already.
My 1st thought was Lands End because they had them at very reasonable prices this year. If you strike out there, you might try a scuba supplier out of NYC called Leisure Pro. My DH orders stuff from them all the time and they are great to do business with. He buys rash guards there for around $20, IIRC.
Sears carries Lands End and just marked summer things 1/2 off. We are going to Hawaii next summer and I bought a short-sleeve rash guard shirt for DH for $12.99 and a long-sleeve one for myself for $13.99. I'd say check your local Sears!
Are rashguard tops comfortable? I burn so badly that I generally avoid water parks and beaches, but one of these might be what I need to actually enjoy myself on a sunny day!

That's exactly why I bought one from Lands End on clearance! It seemed comfy when i tried it on. I had to avoid the pools alot on my caribbean cruise bc I was still burning with sunscreen applied. I'm hoping i can enjoy the pools and water parks at WDW next summer with a rash guard.
My Lands End one says to still apply sunscreen underneath though.
