Adult Power Pass for Child?

When ordering online for the annual power pass, it only has an adult option. Is this going to be a problem for my kids when we try to redeem them. I understand that it's the same price for all ages but still thought that there would be an option for "child". Also, they charge a $2 surcharge online for these vouchers. If I buy the power pass at the park is this fee waived?! Hope this all made sense?

It's such a cheap price that it is the same price for child or adult.

I am pretty sure this pass is not available at the gate. We bought our kids a similar $99 pass a few months ago. It is a deal no matter what the age. Sure beats the $109 pass (Florida resident) for only 4 days at Disney.
