Adult ordering off kids menu?

I know that there are threads on here about this .... but since we can't search anymore......
Has anyone ordered off the kids menu at a sit-down place? Like the Sci-Fi or Liberty Tree. I really don't each much and would hate to waste it. My DH will order off the regular menu though. Any one have any experience with this?

Disney has no restrictions about ordering from a Children's menu. My wife tended to not eat much and often would order from them. The only thing you can't do is get the children's price at an all-you-care-to-eat meal.

It looks like your question has been answered, but I wanted to let you know that you can in fact search these boards again. At the top of the screen there is a blue bar from left to right it says "User Cp FAQ Members List Calendar New Posts, then Search. Just click on Search. Hope that helps!

So, if I want to eat the children's chicken strips at a restaurant, I can? I'm not a big eater and neither is my dd. She barely finishes a childs meal and I always leave part of my adult meal behind. I could exist quite nicely on chicken strips at WDW for 5 days. Are you sure?

I have ordered from the kids menu before. We ate at Coral Reef and hubby loves seafood but me on the other hand - it doesn't like me and well its just not a pretty picture

I'm not a big eater, and I'm pretty picky, so I've ordered off the kids menu several times. I've never had any problem at all.
