I know you can on QS since they have no clue if you are ordering for an adult or kid when you order. I would think it would be allowed at TS as well but they would most likely use your adult credit.
When your on the DDP you want to maximize the value of it. Whether you get a child meal or adult meal it's still one credit. Go for the adult meal with the use of the credit or just pay for the child meal OOP and save the credit for another meal
Just in case you haven't heard the others, that TS credit is worth $38-40, so getting a $10 kid's meal is crazy. Same is true for the QS, where that credit is worth $17-20, and kid's QS meals are around $6. WHY would you want to do this?? Even if you have free dining, this is throwing away money.
Now, if your intent at TS is to get an adult portion of a kid's meal, you're at least getting a better value, but still not great. You cannot get an adult portion of a kid's meal at QS.
