Adult 'changing area' in the parks

Hi there, we are travelling with a young adult son who uses Attends and is not independent that way. Other than first aid is there areas to change him? I am not about to have him lie on the floor of the companion bathroom. Does Disney have adult change tables in their companion bathrooms?

Unfortunately, no

First Aid is the only place with a table/cot that can be used for changing.
Many of the Companion Restrooms do not have a changing table at all.
The ones that do are mostly small (less than 4 foot long) tables or the same fold down infant/toddler type in many public restrooms. Those are mostly set at a height for someone in a wheelchair to change a child/infant

If your son is mobile enough and can stand for a little bit the family bathrooms are bigger and have handicap bars. If you can trust him to stand and hold on to the handicap bars then you could change him that way. The family rooms allow you to bring in a few people with you if you need help.

Thank you both. He can stand. We have not tried to change him standing before but we may have to give that a go.

A lot of people do it that way. It is easier to do with incontinence products that open on the sides since you only have to pull pants down, not remove them.
Some people use standing to remove the incontinence product and sit on the toilet for putting a new one on, especially if using briefs that don’t open.
