Adult Birthday Dining Suggestions?

Anyone have any recommendations for Disney World dining for the adults? Mostly looking at a lunch or dinner reservation, likely at Epcot. Any suggestions are much appreciated!

My hubby and I love Le Cellier, Tutto Italia, and the Yachtsman Steakhouse which is right near Epcot in the Yacht Club.

We love Chefs de France, particularly at lunch where the prix fixe menu is a good value. A bottle of champagne in honor of the birthday wouldn't hurt!

Also really like Via Napoli but tend to do more at lunch as it is a faster paced meal.

The lounges - La Cava del Tequila (Mexico) and Tutto Gusto (Italy) are fun too for an adult trip - no reservations.
