Can you still make ADRs at 180 + 10 days out?

And.... are park hours issued about the same time in advance - can't make ADRs until I know park hours so that we know which parks we'll be in on which days.....

You make adrs at 180 days and you can make the first 10 days if staying onsite, hours are normally released the same time
