ADRs ?

I am new to this whole ADR thing. I am going to WDW from 11/7 - 11/12 during the food and wine festival. While I am in the other parks will I likely have problems getting into to sit down restaurants if I do not have an ADR.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Do you also need ADRs for lunch? What time is breakfast and lunh served until?

During food and wine EPCOT usually books up very quickly for dinner.However the other parks are quite normal as far as reservations go.Most places you will be able to get in for lunch.
