ADRs VERY Easy to Change

FYI...I changed my Fantasmic Dinner Package at H&V for 9/2 from 4:30 to 6:30 this evening. The CM said it was pretty much open for those two hours.

Also I had no problem getting an earlier ADR for Donald's Breakfast for 9/4. We are now eating before the park opens.

I just thought I would let people know in case anyone was concerned with their times or needing a seating.

I can add that I had no problem with changing my ADRs for Oct 1st-9th. I had my choice of times even for the Storybook Lunch on the Saturday of Columbus Day weekend! I made the call a few days ago...

Hi there!!

I also just changed my Fantasmic DInner from 4:20 to 6:30 for one week from tonight!!!! I was shocked that they had so many available one week out. I also added a Sci Fi lunch, Boma dinner and 1900 Park Fair BF and got all the times I wanted. I take this as a very goooooood sign!!!

We in 6 days and I can't wait!!!

Great decision on the early Donald's Breakfast, we did that and it was wonderful, it was not very busy and the food was great. I would definitely do that again.

I have ADRs for Fantasmic dinner packages on 19 and 26 September. The trouble is both of them are early and clash with the parade. I have been calling back to get later- maybe 6pm but nothing shows up.

Does anyone know if they release later times very near the date?

I had WCC for Oct 3 at 5:50p.
The only night I can see Spectro is that same night at 8pm.
I tried to get my ADR changed to an earlier time, but I was told that Oct 3 was booked solid.
I then tried to change my ADR to Oct 4 or Oct 6. Oct 4 was booked solid. Oct 6 had one opening after 9pm. That's too late for me to eat dinner.

The CM told me that since WCC is booked solid even with my ADR at 5:50p we'll most likely be seated between 6:30 and 7pm. There is no way we'll be seeing Spectro this time. I asked what would happen if I showed up at WCC at 5pm. She said we'd only have a really, really long wait.

Oh well. I'm just happy to be going.

I don't really know when they were released. I just called a week before and 6:30 was available. My guess is that they don't do it on a specific timeline then there will be some walk-in spots available for the package. I would just keep trying about once a week before your trip.

I made a few changes from our original plans, and had very few problems. The only issue I had was not enough availability one night for adding 2 guests at Le Cellier, but we moved some stuff around and were able to get all the places we wanted.

Now if they would only change the term "Advance Dining Reservation." ALL RESERVATIONS ARE IN 'ADVANCE'!!!!! THIS JUST DRIVES ME NUTS!

We had to change a few ADRs for 9/25-10/7 because my parents decided to join us for a few days. My TA was able to get most of them easily, but character dinners anywhere near MK on MNSSHP nights during that time frame are almost totally booked (there were a few very late times still left on some).
