Today was my ADR day for trip 8/27 - 9/10.
1. I was able to book on-line 6am EST for 8/27 - 9/6 (first day and 10 more) I know this is standard, but I also seem to forget exactly what that 180 + 10 means -- which is exactly as worded so I don't know why I have a hard time with that.
2. It pays to try again! I booked in this order for a party of 4:
BOG dinner for 9/2 -- 6pm is the latest booking, I took 525, but I wanted something like 645pm
Chef Mickey 8/28 - -wanted 7, got 705
Ohana 9/5 - -wanted 7, got 7
BOG breakfast 8/30 -- I could only get 845am, took but I wanted earlier
Tusker House breakfast 9/4 -- I could only get 915am, wanted 8am didn't take it
crystal palace 9/6 8am
H&V F! pkg 8/29 - wanted 5pm, took 435pm
LTT 8/30 - wanted and took 345pm (hope this is directly after parade if we sit near the restaurant)
Teppan Edo 8/31 - 5pm
Tusker House 9/1 - 455pm
I am waiting on MNSSHP dates & park hours to be updated, so I am not sure which of these I want --
Tony - 9/3 and 9/4 -- I wanted a 7pm dinner but the latest seating was 555
Now when I was done all of that, I went back to the BOG breakfast and checked again, this time 915 for party of 4 - -no good. So I checked party of 2 and took an 800am ADR. I tried to book another party of 2, but it wouldn't let me. So I tried party of 4 one more time and I got 815 am!
So I looked at Tusker House Breakfast again on 9/4 and this time 8am was available. Yippee.
Then I decided to add another BOG dinner on 9/6 and was able to get that too.
So it pays to try again.
