ADR's open in stages?

Does anyone know ADR's are completely first come, or do they relaese tables in stages? Thanks.

The used to be made available in stages, 90 days, 60 days, 30 days, etc., but that doesn't seem to be the case any longer. Disney rewards guests who elect to plan ahead.

I recently got an ADR that was released in stages. It was FDP, so perhaps this is one of the few places that they are still doing it.

The one place I know they release them in stages is the 180+10 booking system. Not all of the availability is open in the +10 period, and I suspect there really is only a small percentage of the availability that is open +10. We've had a number of situations where we found nothing at +10 and when we called back on the exact date, we were told to pick our time.

What does +10 mean? More than ten days before arrival?

I didnt get quite all the ADRs I wanted ( or at just the time I wanted) so want to try again to see if anything opened up.. my trip starts June27th.

+10 means ten days after arrival: You can make reservations 180 days before arrival, for 10 days from arrival, inclusive.

It's always good to check back later in case there were cancellations. I got lucky with a few of my ADR's that way (CRT for example ) If there is something I really hope to get i call them weekly or every few days, hopeful that someone has cancelled. Thank God for free long distance!
