Do you normally need ADR's for The Plaza in MK on evenings that nothing special is going on? The menu sounds good for a late lunch/early dinner if you are in the area, but not neccesarily something you want to plan in advance.

We always get ADRs here for ice cream in the afternoon, and usually we have to wait for a few minutes even then. We go the week after thanksgiving when it is not too crowded...so I say it is always a good idea to have the ADRs, and if you don't go, then it's no big deal. Better to be safe than sorry!!

Last September we were passing the Plaza about 6.30 and thought it might be a good place to eat a bit later. We were able to make an ADR for 7.30 with no problems. However, when 7.30 came around, they were turning walk-ups away. Albeit that this was during free dining, I would say if you really want to eat there make and ADR. If you would be quite happy with CS if you can't get in then try for a walk up but go at an off-peak time maybe

We made a same day ADR in May. I decided to change plans and needed place to eat so we ended up booking one for dinner that morning.
