ADRs - made some changes (Disney newbie needs help)

I posted earlier today about my ADR issues. SO hard to choose since I am a Disney newbie. A bit of background - DH is a food snob, but does have a soft spot for comfort food. DH loves exotic cuisine though. We regularly eat Chinese, Japanese (sushi), Thai, Indian (North and South), Salvadorian, and Italian (we prefer Northern over Southern). DH loves Ethiopian, but we haven't eaten it in a while (we moved away from our favorite Ethiopian place). My 2 DDs are princess fans and pre-school-age - hence the character meals. However, they are used to going to sit down restaurants on a regular basis so we aren't concerned about being able to enjoy TS. I'm hoping Akershus is good - I've seen mixed reviews, but mostly from fish haters. I love fish, as does DH!

Day 2: Ohana @ 5:30 PM
Day 3: Still undecided (holding out for Tutto Italia) Teppan Edo @ 4:20 OR Chefs de France @ 6:00
Day 4: 50s Prime Time @ 12:05 (CANCEL or pay OOP if we keep Boma); Kona Cafe @ 6:10 (hopefully we can see Wishes afterwards from the beach)
Day 5: Tusker House @ 8:25 AM (CANCEL); Boma @ 5:00
Day 6: 1900 Park Fare @ 8:30 AM
Day 7: Chef Mickeys @ 9:25

Does this look better (I added Boma and Kona Cafe)? Is it worth it to pay for 50s Prime Time lunch OOP because counter choices at HS look bad?

I would agree that the counter service in HS is pretty lacking, I could not find anything that I really wanted to eat. I will be trying 50's prime time in December because of that. Boma is a great choice it is one of my favorites so far and I am a declared food snob as well!
