ADRs & Hotel reservation?

We currently have a trip planned in April because my husband might be going to a conference and staying offsite. There is also a possibility that the company will send someone else (and we won't know until March). Since we had to buy a flight for me already it looks like we are going regardless. Therefore I booked us reservations at Pop Century when the discounts came out so we have a place to stay and plan on doing my ADRs at 60 days out. If in March we find out he has a hotel through his work and is attending the convention, if I cancel our Pop Century reservation, will I lose all my ADRs? I know in the past ADRs weren't linked to the hotel reservation (as I had to go through and cancel all my ADRs when I canceled my May 2020 and May 2021 trips) but now I'm worried. Anyone have any recent experience?

No, once you have ADRs, they're yours. I believe it was the Fastpass+ system that started cancelling passes if a hotel reservation was cancelled

Thanks! That's been my experience too. When I canceled my three previous trips my fastpasses all were immediately canceled but I had to (heart-wrenchingly) go in and cancel each of my beautiful ADRs...was just afraid something had changed...
