ADRs getting harder to come by?

I just got off the phone with Disney making our adrs for our June 25-29 trip at the Yacht Club. I got Le Cellier for lunch, Boma, 1900 Park Fare and Tutto Italia. Everything I wanted at great times except for no Chef Mickey's. I'm hoping something opens up last minute and I can switch to it. I'm a local and a CM so I never plan 180 days out. I booked just last week with our CM summer discount with the dining package.

I think it has become easier. I have not had an issue getting Ohana, Le Cellier, Narcoosee's, anything I want last minute when we go just for the day. The credit card guarantee has definitely helped locals get into places we never could get into before.

Interestingly enough, a later - though still prime - dinner time worked online for the same restaurant/night that we were told was not available (due to CP packages and in fairness to all - see my post earlier). Good luck!

Which restaurant? I just checked, again, and the same 4 restaurants still havent been added for lunch or dinner for CP dates.

If this helps, my 180 day mark was this past Monday...we are staying 11/24-11/30. I was able to get everything I wanted, for the days AND times that I wanted. I had a ton of options for times too! I did not try for Ohana and Le Cellier but I was able to get CRT which is one of the toughest to get. I also got Chef Mickeys and Tusker House (character lunch) which I also was worried about not getting.

P.S. I also got an 8:05 Crystal Palace breakfast. And FWIW, yesterday I played around on the site to see if the places I booked were still available and they all were, except for the CP breakfast.

I was able to get Ohana, Chef Mickey, Crystal Palace and Tusker House, but LeCellier looks like it's being completely blocked due to the Candlelight Processional dining packages which won't go on sale until late July, if last year is any indicator. SIGH. Tomorrow is my last 180 ADR day (staying offsite). DHS is on the agenda. I haven't decided if I want to do a Fantasmic meal or not. Guess I need to figure that out fast, huh? LOL

I'd never done ADR's before so was slightly dreading our window rolling around. However, we got every restaurant we wanted - all with times between 7.15-8.15pm (going 1st 2 weeks in Nov). We booked them individually online every day (ie. not utilising the +10 via phone).

Even the popular ones we didn't want (Le Cellier/CRT) had slots available. O'Hana's and Crystal Palace were the only 2 which constantly had either limited or no decent time slots for dinner.

Where at? still not seeing anything even late for Epcot popping up (for the restaurants that aren't showing at all that is) We've been trying for late from the get-go - like 7:30, 8:00 and nothing for Garden Grill, even Rose & Crown have tried.

The only ones they held all reservations for CP are Coral Reef, Rose & Crown, Le Cellier and Garden Grill. Word is they havent sorted out how many ADR's to keep yet for CP.

We have a party of 9 and our 180day mark was last Tuesday... we have switched Fantasmic nights like 2 or 3 times so I think you will be okay making a descision I think the CC hold is scaring some ppl

Just for fun, I looked at various character meals in August and on my first try I found CRT and CP both pop up for breakfast.

In fact, I just plugged in breakfast for this coming Wednesday and there is still availability (for character meals) at Cape May, 1900 Park Fare, Tusker House and Hollywood and Vine.

If I put in Dinner for that same date (this coming wednesday) I get 58 places with openings for a party of 4 - including LeCellier, Chefs De France, and a handful of Character dining.

Ok, let me get this right... they are holding ADRs for the popular restaurants in Epcot until the CP schedule is released? That means there will be no possibility of getting ADRs until then? My 180 days is tomorrow and I have been noticing some restaurants like Le Cellier and Rose and Crown have not been available for several weeks around the end of Nov/beginning of Dec. So I should not change my park days to try get my preferred ADRs at this point, because it is not going to help?

Then it worked out well for this Nov/Dec trip as we really only want to hit the new(?) Tutto and the Princess Breakfast in Norway as far as Epcot - thank goodness we hit 3 of the above with ADRs last trip.
I hope you all get what you want when they do open up this summer.

When I went in the end of jan 2011, I booked my trip the November before. I had little trouble getting all the ADRs I wanted - including Le Cellier (snagged one at 3ish pm), Ohana (at 5pm), Chef Mickey (at 10ish) and others.

At the end of Dec, beg Jan, I eventually got a 5pm Le Cellier.

For this year's trip, I booked well in advance for end of Aug. I booked ADRs at around 180, give or take a few days. I got everything I wanted, including Le Cellier lunch, ohana for 2 dinners, etc etc. I added CRT at 10ish only a few weeks ago - so about 120 days out?

I did check CRT again yesterday and see the only available for CRT is 9pm dinner. Then again, its 100 days out and I'm impressed there's any availability showing at all.
