ADR's for Planet Hollywood or House of Blues?

I have all of my ADRs already made but then we decided to take the red-eye out of Seattle so now we're basically getting an extra (albeit sleepy) day that I need to plan for.

DS would like to either go to Planet Hollywood or House of Blues for dinner our first night, but I haven't seen them mentioned as far as ADRs. Can I call the regular Disney number or are "reservations" booked separately for these places?

BTW - we need the reservations for Monday, June 23rd.

ADRs for Planet Hollywood can be made via Disney Dining. I'm not sure about House of Blues, so I can't comment on that.

We're using the $15 gift certificate toward dinner at Planet Hollywood during our stay in September.
