ADRs for DVCers

I must have missed something. Is it true that I cannot make my ADRs online at 6am ET because I'm a DVC member? Today is my day, but it can't retrieve my ressie. I wanted to book CRT for 12/2. Non-DVCers can book there already, right?

yes you can book. I did mine last week for Thanksgiving.

You can't book 12/2 until tomorrow (that's my first day, too) and you can't book CRT online at all. You have to call, I believe.

I booked my October ADRs online and I'm a DVC member staying on points. The trick is to select your restaurant first and then link to your ressie. You can't pull up the ressie first. Odd, I know.

I was playing around on ADR online site yesterday and I managed to get CRT for breakfast. I clicked straight off it so that someone else could get it. We are going around this time next year so I thought I would to see what would be really hard to get. The only one I can't seem to get ever is Le Cellier. Kouzzina has to be booked on the phone as well.

You need to make sure that Member Services has your phone number associated with your reservation. If they do not you will not be able to pull your reservatino up online. You can pull your reservation up at any time, not just within your 90 day window, so try it in advance to make sure it works.

Once you are able to pull your reservation up you will be able to make your ADRs. I was able to book all my ADRs for our DVC stay using the 90 + 10 system.

As far as I know, CRT is available for booking online. The only thing I have not been able to do online is the Garden View Tea at the Grand Floridian.

I did all my reservations for our Nov trip including CRT. The only thing with CRT is it made me prepay with a credit card. We are not using the dining plan, so it was fine.

How do I find my reservation on line to help make my ADR? When I go to the link above it does not ask for my reservation and I have been making them daily for each day....

Once you select the restaurant you want to make an ADR for, click on Book a Reservation. Once the booking engine loads, look for the following:

Do you have a Resort reservation for the same days for which you're making dining reservations?
If so, please retrieve your reservation.

Click on the words 'retrieve your reservation'. That's where you will enter your room reservation number.

Looks like Disney has updated the ADR on-line system. It now asks for the Resort Confirmation Number, Last Name, Check-in date and Resort. Bay Lake Tower is missing from the list.

We got the same reply starting 9/2. Seems they did an update and updated the system. Bay Lake Tower is not listed as a choice and it can no longer retrieve my reservation either.

I did the same thing. I've never done CRT, but knew you had to prepay. So I did. But now- I think we're doing the dining plan- so what happens now? I'll be using 2 TS credits. Do they refund my money? How does this work?

I am staying at BLT, so that is why it couldn't pull up my ressie.

Of course, the only ADR I really wanted was CRT, and did NOT get it since the online system did not work. This is the first time we will go to WDW and not eat in the castle :-(

I called Member Services and complained. At first, the CM said the issue with DVC members was fixed. When I convinced him that it was not a user error, he put me on hold and found out that the ticket is still open. He said he would talk with someone there to be sure they know that I had an issue still.

I encourage you to call MS if this affects you so they will make it a priority.
