We have made ADR's for our group totaling 13 in Dec. For every ADR we have been told it would have to be for 2 tables, under 1 name. Can anyone tell me if that means the tables will be next to/near each other? We have ADR's as Chef Mickey's, Crystal Palace, Prime Time, and Rain Forest Cafe DTD.

Thanks
Regina

They will try, but they cannot make any promises. Sometimes they are not very close at all because the larger tables aren't near eachother and they can't change the table arrangement because of fire codes or something. Good luck and just hope for the best - have a wonderful time!

I just made 4 ADR's for 13 people and was not told once that we would be a seperate tables. Our's are for Breakfast at Donalds Restarauntsaurus, Bier Garten (yes I know large tables there so should not be an issue) Mama Melroses and Whispering Canyon. Now I am worried. :confused3

OK, let me see. I know with 99% certainty that they will not push tables together at Crystal Palace or Chef Mickey's because of the characters. They have to be able to get around. There should be no problem at Donald's as I saw a huge group of kids there in March all at one big table. Now, Rainforest might, but I didn't see any large groups there. I don't think Prime Time has any big tables, big enough for 13, but I might be mistaken, all I remember are the booths. It seems to me last time I was at Mama Melrose's, there was a large group there and they were split into 2 tables, Biergarten has big tables, but I think they only seat 8 so that would be 2, probably right near eachother as long as it isn't packed when you arrive and I don't know anything about WCC as I haven't eaten there yet.

They will do what they can to accomodate you. Just be prepared and hope for the best. Make your request when you arrive at the podium. Obviously, they will see that the ADR is for 13 people so they will do what they can. There are just some restaurants that can't accomodate 13 people at one table or even right next to eachother depending when you get there. You will still have a wonderful time!!

Last November my husband and I took all of our family to WDW. There were 13 of us in all. We had one TS meal each day. At Ohanas we sat at one huge table together, at 50's PTC we had 2 tables right next to each other, at WCC we had one huge table, at Garden Grill we had 2 tables next to each other, and at LTT we had 2 tables next to each other. When we sat at the two tables, they were always right next to each other. It really wasn't a big deal. We were always told when making ADR's that they couldnt place us at the same table, but when we checked in they did their best to make it happen. It seemed to work out nicely for us. I hope it works out great for you as well!

We are going to WDW in a couple weeks....with a large group 12-13. When I made the ADR I was only told by two places that we'd be sat apart...with that they said it was because there wasn't a ADR spot large enough for our BIG group. However I'm not expecting ALL of us to be a one table all the time...However it would be nice if we were close.

We have ADR at...Concourse Steakhoues, Crystal Palace, CRT (dinner), LTT and WCC.
