ADR's for 10 days @ 90 days before - How to you select them all ?

I can bearly figure out what Park we are visiting each day.
I only have our HDD and Mickey Magical Milestone tour reserved.
We will be at WDW for 14 days.

My DH rattled off his list of restaurants last night to me - Cindy's, CP, LTT, H&V for Fantasmic, 50 Prime Time, Whispering Canyon, Chef Mickeys, 1900 Park Fair, & Ohana's (I hope I got them all)
DS wants Biergarten (Germany) & Tempanyaki (Japan) - sorry for the spelling.
Us girls of the family go with the flow.

For a DH, who always wants to know, just 2 weeks before we go to WDW, what we are doing - he took an interest. He never has in any previous vacations at WDW.

I know, I do not make our ADR's till 2006.

But when you call on day 90, from what I understand, you can do ADR's for day 1 to day 10. Then I would have to plan where we will be - and if breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Oh yeah - one more DH request - horseback riding 8:30 AM one morning.

I love WDW - but to please my family, it will take planning.
We will either be staying atone of the MK area resorts or maybe EPCOT area.

How do you decide where you are eating and when for 10 days @ 90 days before your WDW vacation ?

I make my plans based on historic hours & the recent EMH schedule. If new hours come out that affect my plans, I reschedule the ADRs. I have rescheduled a couple just because I changed my mind on where we wanted to eat as recently as this past weekend, 2 weeks before our trip. For most places, you don't need to worry about being right on the 90 day mark - just the Princess meals.
