ADRs & EMH?

Do EMHs come out 6 months (on the dot) in advance? If so, how do you plan your ADRs when you don't know the hours? I plan on calling in my ressies at exactly 180 days out, but need to know EMHs before I do that.

What I do is make a schedule for what the "typical" EMH are then adjust it if they change when they do come out. We are going back in July and I have my restaurants all picked, but I'll just do some rearranging if they change the EMH. This is easier for me than starting from scratch at 180 days out...
