I just booked all of our ADRs for our May-June trip. I was pressing redial at 7, until the lines opened. A CM picked up immediately, then transferred me over to the new system. I was on hold about 15 minutes. Other than rather annoying "Song of the South" music, it was a pretty painless wait.
When a CM picked up, she was very pleasant. We encountered a few system problems which locked up the screen. This caused her to back out and start the whole process over. She then re-entered my 7 ADR requests, and was able to secure all that we wanted within very reasonable times. Our only thing we could not secure was a Fantasmic Dinner Package, but we can deal with that!
Even though they system experienced a few "hiccups", we chatted while we waited, and the time passed quickly. I was completely done by 8. I felt that the CM was very helpful. I would rather they take a little extra time to make sure it is all done correctly, then find out in 3 months that we really do not have ADRs because of a system error.
So, I must say that the whole process was much smoother than I had anticipated after hearing stories of last weekend. So if you have ADRs to make anytime soon, I hope yours goes well also!!
