I just called today at 7:00am and got all 12 of my request  no problem :thumbsup2

Did I really have to get up sooooo early? :dance3:

Just thought this might be an interesting question- Has anyone called at or near the 180 day mark and not gotten everything they wanted?

Just how crowded has Disney Dining become? Or is it just me, because I planned such a specific and complex trip this time (I couldn't switch days or be very flexible if I didn't get the exact times and days I wanted) this is usually not the case for me, but the more I read about planning the more complex I seem to get with my plans :dance3:

Now that I'm using the "BEST PARKS, ON BEST DAYS" type info... I don't have the flexability to just switch my days around like I use to, to get the ADR's I wanted.

i called on the 180 day mark - in the afternoon, though, and got ALL of my requests 100%! i even got an ADR for CRT!

I called at the 180 day mark and got what I wanted within 5-15 minutes of the times I requested. I would NEVER plan a trip to WDW without making ADRs at the 180 day mark. Some restaurants book up fast.

I called at like 174 days out (and 1030ish at that)and got all my requests, even crt, although it was a later lunch time. I also called back a week later and got Cali Grill no problem, and switched 2 ressies, no problem. Maybe I was just lucky, but obviously calling at 180 wasn't necessary for me.

We actually didn't even know we were going in September (during free DDP) so I couldn't have booked at the 180 day mark. We called and changed things a lot and still ended up with everything we wanted. Guess we were lucky!

We're going in April. I called at about 140 days and got 5 of 5 exactly as requested, and one 5 minutes earlier. I called again a month ago for a change and an addition and got exactly what I wanted.

:cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

I've had problems with Cali Grill and getting a Fantasmic Dining pakage if not within 160 days.

I have been able to get all of my ADR's at a months notice with the exception of Le Cellier....but I dont want to eat there on every trip....now I know we are going to eat there for my birthday on our Oct trip so I will make sure to book it on my 180 day mark.

I booked everything I wanted for Passover Week at 7am at my 180 + 10 mark. I was concerned because I'm anticipating what a busy week it will be...Then I needed to make changes, not once but twice, and BOTH times (last one was at 60 days out) I was able to get exactly what I wanted. I was so relieved! I think Disney releases ADRs in spurts, so people who book trips later, or who decide where they want to dine that week or that morning, can still find something. This may not be true for the very most popular spots like CRT, LC, Boma... We don't have any of the really hot spots on our ADR list for this trip, that might be why it was OK.

If I wanted CRT (especially an early ADR), Le Cellier, CP (early ADR), Fantasmic Package and any other popular restaurant then I'd still call at 180 days.

I've called at 180 days and NOT gotten the CRT I wanted (since they do hold some table/times back for non-resort guests) so I just called back at the 180 days from when I want to eat there and had much better luck.

We had no trouble getting all of ADRs at the 180 day mark, although we had to go to Le Cellier slightly earlier than we wanted.

Since then, I've even made a few changes with no problems..although I'm not touching that Le Cellier reservation!

I called at the 180 mark for our upcoming Mar 30-Apr 5 and got everything I asked for including BBB & CRT.

Oh, How I love the Magic!!!:wizard:

Last year we went in September for free dining and we didn't even know we were going until June. I called and was able to get CRT for dinner and Le Cellier for lunch. This year, I called at the 180 day mark and got everything I wanted (including CRT and Le Cellier) at the time I wanted except for Crystal Palace. It's 45 minutes later than I initially wanted.

I always get exactly what I want at 180days out within 10 minutes of the time I want.

We are calling on this Sat. Wish us luck! We want CRT(b), Coral Reef(D), OHana(b) and Jiko(d). Those are the must haves.

I am traveling in August and called at 7:01am at my 180 mark and I did not get The Fantasmic Dinner Package I wanted for 08/18. We choose The Brown Derby and the only time they had for dinner was 4:15...way to early..Everytime after was booked..The latest seating they had for The Fantasmic Dinner show was 5:30pm..so I took a 6:20 ADR for Brown Derby, without the Fantasmic Show..I will just wait on line :)

:goodvibes Last year I called at exactly 180 days and still could not get Le Cellier...hoping to have better luck this year.

Le Cellier can be tough. CRT used to be very hard, but the price has gotten high enough that it doesn't sell out if five minutes - plus there are more princess meals now. Getting California Grill or Rose and Crown for a seating that's going to be timed right for fireworks can be tough. Getting special events (Illuninations cruises, Pirate cruises - though more of those has made that easier) can be tough.

We've had no problems at 180 days ourselves - but the only thing I've ever worried about was pirate cruises when there was only one or two - we don't tend to even try for California Grill during fireworks.

We are so laid back that when I call for ADRS we let them tell us whats available and we just take it. So its never a problem in my family.
