OK, I think I am going to have to give in and accept that the May codes will probably NOT be out any time soon.:sad1: My 180 day window opens 11/14/2011, I know our dates for the trip, and we will get deluxe dining. The code (or lack thereof...) would determine where we stay. I really want to make sure I get my adrs for everything I want at times I want. So, I am thinking about going ahead and booking what we want so I can do the 180 + 10 adr booking. Or not book a room, and book my adrs separately each day over a 10 day period (we r staying 10 days). My questions are: 1)Would we be less likely to get a PIN if we book now?; 2) If I book package now, and get adrs under that confirmation number.....what happens to the adrs when I change the resort later?; and 3) If I only book adrs now with no package reserved, can I link them to my MYW package later to make sure our Dxdp shows up? Or do I even need to? I am really struggling with what is best to do. I have always had a discount and rooms selected WAY before it was time to make adrs! We don't really even want anything special in terms of adrs....except pre-park opening breakfasts every day we are in parks. Thanks for any advice!

I was just about to ask the same question.

We are getting ready to book for May 5-11 at All Star Sports and if a code comes out for free dining we will change to a moderate if that's the requirement.

Just give me a darn code already!!! I swear I've gotten 5-6 codes over the past two years. And now that I have a date picked...NOTHING!!

I think I can help with a few answers. First, I've received pins even though a reservation was already made (and ALOT of people on these boards have, too).

There's no need to worry about resort reservation #'s when making dining ressies. The only time I can see that there will be a problem booking dining and NOT having your resort confirmation # is for the restaurants that require pre-payments/credit card guarantee. For these, you can use your credit card and when you finally book the dining plan, you have to call & they'll adjust everything (credit you back).

It doesn't matter if you change resorts when booking dining. They're not going to cancel adr's if you book a different resort.

I have a trip scheduled for May, too and have already booked with the dining plan. I'm planning on making all of my dining ressie's at the 180 mark (+10, too). But if a discount doesn't come out, I'll cancel everything.

Thank you!!!! I'll probably go ahead and book it too, then hope for a code! I still have 11 days, so maybe something will give!!!
