ADR's and park hopping

How risky is it to make ADR's in the park you are planning on hopping to? This is basically the reason I plan to purchase hopper passes, we like to enjoy dinner in a different park.

As long as it’s after 2 pm you should be good!

Park hopping has only been discontinued once, at MK on 10/1/2021, and then I think only for a few hours.

If you're not planning to hop to MK at Xmas or NYE (although they weren't blocked for hopping last year on those days apparently) and you make all your reservations at the second park after 2 pm, then it should work out fine.
