My trip is 5/27/15 - 5/31/15. From the online calculators, it seems my 180 day mark is 11/28, but I am staying onsite, so shouldn't I be able to make ADRs at 185 days out? When I try to make reservations I can only check availability through 5/22. That isn't even 180 days from now! Whats going on? Am I wrong in my math? Should I call?

If staying on-site, you can make ADRs at 180 days out for 10 continuous days of your trip. If you're out 180 days from a trip that starts on the 1st, you can book ADRs for the 1st through the 10th of the month.

Those staying off-site can only make an ADR for the single day that's 180 days out. They'd have to wait til next day to make the ADR for that single day that's 180 days out, etc.

is November 24, 2014 so that means that 180 days from today would be May 23, 2015.

As POOHsie said, it's 180 days from checkin, plus the next 10 days once you're 180 days from checkin. Though I've been reading that it's 180 plus length-of-hotel-reservation-up-to-10 days now.

Yes you are calculation wrong.
It is never 185 days in advance of your check in date.
At your on site check in day you can begin to make ADR's for that date and the next 10

AS a quick check, the day of the week of your ADR day is two days after your check-in day - if you check in on a Monday, your ADRs will open on a Wednesday - if you check in on a Thursday, your first day will be a Saturday, and so on.

So a quick rule of thumb is to go back six months from your check-in date, go forward two or three days, and then find the proper day of the week nearest that date.

or google 'ps calculator' (remember when ADRs were called Priority Seating?) and it will give you the dates of 180 days out, as well as 60, 30, and several others.

Excel will do the same thing for you. ;) Put in the date your reservation begins, subtract 180 from it...and voila! You have the day your ADRs open.

And yes, OP, you calculated wrong. The date your window opens is 11/28/2014. On that day, you can make reservations for the first day of your trip, plus the following 10 days, so in other words...your ability to book ADRs for your length of trip starts November 28.
