Hi everyone,
I just can't contain my excitment, I just got ADR to Le Cellier !!! I've been trying since the "window" opened and everytime was a big fat "NO, sorry Mrs Traverse, we don't have anything of any of those days"...gutted! But then today... they had 2 tables at lunch! Ok so we've had to split our party, but the CM reckons we'll all be seated together if we don't mind waiting. For Mushroom Fillet I'll wait all day! Thats it now all our restaurants are booked, our money has arrived and our plan is done. So for everyone who can't book the restaurants they wanted...keep trying, you just never know.
We've also booked:
Marrakesh (1st time)
Yak and Yeti (1st time)
50's Prime time (1st time and a little worried about that one)
Hollywood and Vine (an old fave)
Tony's (1st time)
Chef Mickey's - Breakfast (1st time)
Donald Safari Breakfast (an old fave)
Teppen Endo (1st time)
We have the free dining plan, so we are making the most of it. If anyone can tell us anything about our 1st time places we would be grateful . Where has everyone else booked?

I liked 50's Prime Time so did my then 15 yr old DS,DH wasn't so keen he thought the tables were to close, so next time we will ask for one of the dinner style tables with tv's to keep him happy !
Chef Mickeys for breakfast is brill and we all agree on that!
Hope Toni's is good as we are also doing this one in Sept for the first time

Good for you, Niki - your tenacity has paid off.

We're currently loving Yak & Yeti, mainly because it makes a change from Rainforest Cafe where we always eat when visiting AK. The tempura shrimp was disappointing. I was really looking forward to, but it wasn't actually tempura batter - it was regular stodgy egg batter.

We've enjoyed 50's PTC each time we've eaten there. We've only eaten at Tony's once which probably speaks volumes, but I'm a firm believer in trying things for myself rather than relying on others' opinions - we don't all enjoy the same things after all.

The only one on your list that we've done is Chef Mickey for breakfast and it's becoming our family tradition every year , we love it there & great breakfast . We're looking at booking a few that you've booked so I'll be interested to hear what they were like on your return

Chef Mickey's breakfast is the only one of those we did and it was great fun, food was nice enough (standard breakfast fare really) but that's not the main reason anyone goes anyway
