The only way to know for sure is to call Disney Dining and try.
It also depends on when and where you want to eat. If you want to eat at the popular Character Meals or Theme Park restaurants it probably is too late. People have been making reservation for these since 180 days out.
The other day I made reservations for 2 Resort restaurants, within 20 minutes of my desired time, for late February.
So the best advice is to call and check.
