ADR Times - your suggestions please!

Hello All!

Trying to plan my ADRs for our end of Sept trip. We've just added the in-laws to our group and bumped up our dates, so I'm feeling the pressure! We are a group of 7 including 4 adults & 3 little girls (4, 2 & 2).

Would you mind suggesting some ADR times for some of the restaurants below to best take advantage of empty parks, fireworks, etc? THis is the part that I'm finding most difficult. Thank you!!

Akershus (want to be in before park open & time to be done as park as opening as much as possible)

Le Cellier (adults only-october cal not out so not sure on fireworks time)

Californina Grill (adults only-october cal not out so not sure on fireworks time)

Ohana - Wishes is at 9pm the night we are there. Need to be done way before that due to little ones, but would like to be able to wander beach & hotel (hopefully w/ girls asleep in strollers) and then see fireworks.

CRT (breakfast)

Sanaa - want time to explore & view savannah before eating/dark. How long to allow for this? hmmmm. laughing at myself for even asking this given the attention span of my 18 month old twins.

I can only speak for 'Ohana. For us, 6 people 2 adults, 2 little ones, and 2 teenagers the meal takes about 45min - 1 hour. The difficult part is that I have read some people waiting 30 min to get their table even though they have ADR's. We have never waited that long. I would say 7:00pm will get you in and out of 'Ohana in time to see the fireworks.
