Does anyone know how late the restaurants in MGM are open for dining? I tried to book Mama Melrose's for a EMH for October and the latest time I could get for dinner was 5pm? Aren't the restaurants open later? Should I try back next month to see if any cancellations come thru for later times?

This situation comes up a lot on these boards. The common belief is that Disney only releases earlier dinner times at first and then as time goes on the later times are added. I would call again after September 1 and try for a later time if that is what you want. This has worked for other posters.
