ADR time vs Ride after

Just managed to book the Tusker House Dining Package for ROL Show at 12:40PM on our AK day. But my current Kilimanjaro Safaris FP+ is 1:40PM. Will the time be too close and rush for us to enjoy our meal? I've never done a table service meal in Disney before. How long does the character dining take? It seems like the restaurant is close to the ride. Will you advice me to keep the FP+ or better try to get a later time frame?

(I was trying to reserve a breakfast package, but couldn't find any as it's a late planning. I think I was lucky to grab the lunch package anyway.)

You should be fine, as your FP window extends from 1:40 - 2:40pm. So if you arrive at Tusker House at 12:40, wait up to 20 minutes to be seated, then spend up to an hour and a half (maximum) at lunch, you'll still have 10 minutes left to get to Kilimanjaro Safaris by 2:40, which is right next to Tusker House (& in reality they give you a 15 minute grace period after your FP window closes, so you'd really have 25 minutes to get there). So no worries about feeling rushed.
