ADR system down again?

Ok I was just trying to change my ADR's for thanksgiving week and am being told the system is down again. Anyone else get that this morning? Why can't they tell us that before we wait for 10 mins on hold? GRRRR..

It's still down??? I called yesterday and it was down.

I called early this morning and was told they were doing new upgrades. Why can't they do these after hours? sheesh.. on hold again now to see if it's back up.

I made all of my ADR's for our January trip this morning. Probably around 8:30am EST.

Got everything I wanted

After being on hold for 15 minutes I was able to get add an ADR around 9:00am CST today.

finally just got through.. even got my CRT dinner ressie!! woohoo

We wanted a semi late dinner ressie since we are just arriving that day ..

Just called an hour ago, waited on hold for 15 min.... was then told to call back in about an hour because they are "upgrading" the system. However, I called yesterday as well and was told the system was down. Frustrating!

I'd try and call back....I called this morning at 7:21 CT and was told to call back in a couple hours. I tried back about 7 minutes later and got the reservation I wanted......
