I am trying to get mny ADR's and my CM just told me i had to call back in two hours due to their reservation computer system being down! i am completely freaking out right now! anybody else have this?!

I got in at 7:01 and made mine, hope those on hold are getting through too
Although, the cast member said I have to call back because she could add my son's birthday to our reservation due to a system glitch. I have to call back later

I called 7:00 and was connected right away. Got 2 done and also was put on hold for system issues. After about 5 minutes CM told me they are having system issues and I have to call back.....UUUUUGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH!!!!!

Wow...I just called (7:00am) to make B'day Ressies for Boma for the end of August. Got through pretty quickly only to have the cast member tell me they were unable to make reservations at this time. She said their system recently went through "enhancements" and was currently unavailable and to call back in a couple of hours.
I have to go to work now and don't know when I will be able to call back.

Anyone else have this problem this am?

Well, the three I had made before the system went down actually went through--1900 Park Fare, Akerhaus (although, due to my mispronunciation, I almost got Tusker House!!) and Crystal Palace. No openings at 'Ohana for either day I tried. They say call back in 30 min and hopefully computers will be back up. Argh!

yes the system crashed after making 4 ADR's...and no LeCellier availability! Just tried back again and they said due to enhancements they will not be available for a couple hours....

I got through immediately, and 15 minutes later, lost everything. They say they'll be down a couple of hours!

yes--see my other post!! I got right in, and was able to make 3/6 of my ADRs before they went down. I'm going to be doing a Science Day at my kid's school all day---no time to call later!! ARGHH!!!!

Me too, got right in, made one reservation and system crashed. At least it was our CRT breakfast! CM had no idea when they would be back up and now it's time to go to work

I'm DONE! Got everything I wanted!
First CM told me the system was down and to try back in an hour. I was like "really, an hour???". Then she said it probably wouldn't be that long, so I tried back after about 5 minutes and got right thru. I was so worried the thing was going to crash again before I could finish up but I made it!
I wasn't trying for any hard to get ressies, but happy with my ADR's -
8/30 - Princess Storybook lunch
8/31 - lunch at the Plaza in MK
dinner at Boma (my only absolute must have ADR!)
9/1 - Sci Fi for lunch
9/2 - Tusker House lunch

So relieved to be done!

For Akershus, just ask for Princess Storybook breakfast, lunch or dinner. Then you don't even have to attempt pronunciation. Sometimes I think Disney makes some of the restaurants hard to pronounce just to mess with us.

You know, I think this new system or arrangement that they have in place is for the Birds!! I am a big planner... and waiting for 90 days out to start planning is irritating.. I called yesterday just to confirm when I can make our ADR'S, since we are going in Septemeber, and I can start making them as early as Saturday.. however, there are no hours posted for the month of September yet.. makes it kind of hard to plan restaurant reservations.. The CM told me to keep checking back, but that I shouldn't bother calling, because they will be swamped this week..Now reading everyone's posts, I guess they were planning on having computer problems.. . Good luck everyone, making your resies.. I am excited about making mine this weekend, let's just hope that they have some availability at our fav's.....

Well 1st time system crashed, second time they could not find anything I wanted so I hung up to try to figure things out and third time I had to settle for some ADR'S that I am sure I will have to try and change. They could not find me ANY CM lunch and no LeCellier for ANY dates. I could not even get 50's which does not usually sell out THAT quickly. I did settle for a LeCellier at 6:40 on a non-Epcot day, did not want to splurge on hopping this trip and with a 10month old did not want any ressies this late in the day. I can just add an extra park day for 3 bucks a person but still did not want this late....back to the drawing board.....

Got CRT, LeCellier, Chef Mickey's and a bunch more.
