ADR Start Time

My ADR day is coming up this week and I'm seeing some different answers for what time you can make reservations online. Is it 6am like it's always been still? I've seen 5am and 5:45 am other places and I just wanted to make sure so I can get up as early as needed. TIA!

It is 6 AM Eastern time. You may see people saying 5 AM if they are Central time.

So Disney World‘s own website says 5:45 am EST. However just had my ADR day and nothing opened up until 6:00 am as usual. So this is most likely why you’re hearing different times. I know it confused me as well
