ADR Start Time for CST?

I haven't done this in a few months, so I've forgotten. It's 6:00 am EST to go online and do ADRs, is that correct? So would it be 5:00 am for CST or is it still 6:00 am for CST?

Yep, 6am Eastern for Online ADRs, which makes it 5am Central
