I have just managed to get my 12 digit reference number from complete Orlando, can I get the new format number direct from Disney to link ADR,s with the accommodation ?, if so does anyone have a link or email contact? Apologies if this is a repeat question as I seem to remember something about this in earlier threads.

Unfortunately not, I asked CO they said they could only provide the 12 digit, asked Disney they couldn't give me one either. CO said the new format was only available on Disney direct bookings but some have posted success getting it from Charter travel.

Hi
This may have been answered somewhere, but hope it's not a duplicate question. I've booked through WDTC, and have just got a 6 digit booking reference from them. We'll have our 180 day window open up around the start of May - should I expect another reference before then, or do I have to pester someone to get the "official" one. We're on the dining plan, and I believe it is better to link ADRs with the booking, so I've read.
Thanks

You need to get in touch with WDTC and ask them for your ref number to make ADR's, it will be in the format of 3 letters followed by 5 numbers. You should be able to do your ADR's online with that.:thumbsup2

Great, thanks for the quick response Wayne.

I've booked with Virgin, i have my 12 digit ref. So i can only book ADR's over the phone ? This does not sound right in my opinion and i can't find a straight answer.

Unfortunately just now there is nothing we can do until either the Disney website starts accepting the 12 digit code again or compaines like CO & Virgin start issueing the new 3+5 format.

One more question then im out of here. Once i hit 180 days, anyone can book ADR's for that single day online right ? It's just 180 + 10 for people staying on site at Disney correct ?

Correct!

I've not tried it yet, but there is a UK freephone number for ADR bookings apparently - you don't need to call the Florida number.

0800 16 90 730

hth

I'll be calling it on Monday probably to try to book my 180+10.

Sorry to jump in! I've booked with Thomson, would they give me my reference number to be able to book ADR's?

You should be able to get a 12 digit code to be able to book by phone but doubt you will get the 3+5 for online.

I wouldn't hold your breathe - the online system doesn't even accept our DVC reservation numbers!

I don't know how adding the CC hold managed to break the link that matched the reservation numbers!

Emailed Disney about this last week, no response!
