I will be trying to get a table for CRT breakfast and was practicing the timing. When I call 407-939-3463 in the afternoon, it goes through different options to listen to before getting to talk to anyone. If you press 1 it does not do anthing until after the option is played. Is this how it does it in the morning or is there a faster way to get through. If I have to listen to the whole messages, it takes forever to get through.
Once the offices are open it will say "Thank you for calling Disney Dining. We're glad you called!" It goes on about reservations for character dining. You can't press an option during that part. Wait for it to say "Certain restrictions may apply." As soon as "apply" comes out, press 1, then press 1 again. That should put you right into an agent. And don't wait until 7 AM to start dialing. We started dialing about 6:56 EST on 3 different phones and we got through before 7 AM. The Unofficial Guide says not to call on your cell phone but BOTH times we were calling for "critical" ressies we got through on one of the cells without getting through on our land line.
We used a similar strategy to get our Illuminations cruise. DH was laughing at me because I was shaking while I was dialing. Too much adrenaline for that time of morning!
