ADR questions!

Right, so now that I've just booked to stay on-site for the first time, please expect some questions

Just wondering about ADRs at the moment - I've made reservations online through the Disney website before, but it was just a couple of days out when were already there last summer.

What's my window now that I'm a guest staying onsite? I understand that normally you can book 180 days out, but have I picked up from the boards that if you're staying onsite you can book 190 days out?? I hope I haven't just made that up...

If it is 190 days out, is it 190 days out from the day you want to book the meal, or 190 days out from day you arrive at the resort? And is there a quick way of working out the date when I can book ADRs from, or is it literally a case of getting out the calendar and counting back the days? It seems I have a small problem with numbers as I somehow managed to add on 2 imaginary days to my countdown!

And again, if it is 190 days out, how do I go about making the ADRs? Is it online with my Disney UK booking number? Or do I need a US booking number or something?

Because we're only on the QSDP, we won't be booking many ADRs, namely just Be Our Guest and a castle breakfast ± California Grill again!

ADRs can be made 180 days from your 1st date in WDW and as you are staying on property you can made ADRs for the 1st 10 days of your holiday. You can make your ADRs on the Disney website but tbh I've always had problems with confirmation numbers being accepted to I've always called Disney Dining and made them over the phone.

What Disneynutinlondon said! Think of it as 180+10 rather than 190 :good vibes When you make the reservation 180 days out from your first reservation, you can make another 10 days. If you are going for longer, you'll need to pop along and make the last few days separately I think.

You can do them with or without your reservation number but as you are on the DDP you'll probably want to link them to that. As there have been a few issues with the online system accepting UK booking details, it might be best to call up and do it on the telephone!
